MysVeleze.com Returns/Exchange Policies

Bath and body products are personal and important purchases that take time to inspect and consider. Therefore Mys Veleze provides a full 14 day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices within 14 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

**Items not covered in this policy include Body Scrubs, used products and products damaged by you.

In order to process a return, simply contact our Customer Service department at 1-661-916-0713 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Our Customer Service staff will provide you simple instructions on how to properly package and ship your items back to our office. Items sent to our office without a RAN number, packages shipped beyond the 14 day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt. All refunds will be done in the form of the original purchase method within 5 business days of return acceptance.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" within 14 days of the purchase to be acceptable for refund or exchange. This is because of the nature of the products we craft. We cannot risk item contamination if it is to returned to our facility for resell. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Special orders are not returnable. That being said, we offer samples so that you may try before you buy! However, if you have tried the product and feel it is not what was described, was not as fresh as you prefer or is not what you expected, please Contact Us to resolve the issue as we are always willing and available for resolution.
