Not for the faint hearted or sensitive skinned, this bar REALLY scrubs so massage gently.

To Use: Rub bar between hands under warm water until light suddsing occurs. Gently rub bar onto wet, skin avoiding cuts and open wounds. Rub until you have sufficiently exfoliated entire body avoiding face. Rinse skin. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.
